Your Questions, Answered.
Whether you're new to Pilates or a returning client, we’ve gathered the most common questions to help you feel comfortable and confident before your first session.

1
How do I book a class?
You can book online via our [Booking Page]. Clients are assigned two set class times per week. If you're unsure which session suits you best, contact us and we’ll help.
2
What should I bring to class?
A water bottle, grip socks (available to purchase in studio), and a positive attitude! We provide all equipment.
3
Do you offer beginner classes?
Yes! Our classes are beginner-friendly and we specialize in helping women over 40, especially those navigating menopause or just starting their fitness journey.
4
What is Reformer Pilates?
It’s a low-impact workout that uses spring resistance on a Reformer bed to strengthen, tone, and improve flexibility — especially effective for core and glute work.
5
Can I join if I have an injury or a health condition?
Definitely. Please let us know in advance so we can modify exercises and make sure you’re supported safely.
6
Do you offer private or semi-private classes?
All our sessions are semi-private (maximum of 5 clients). This ensures personalized attention in a small, supportive group.
7
What is the sound healing at the end of class?
Each session finishes with a 10-minute guided sound healing to help calm your nervous system and leave you feeling restored.
